Document In-completion Procedure is not activated though a mandatory pricing condition ZROY was missing. The issue is restricted to Production environment only.

Though the In-completion procedure is complete in every aspect; for unknown reasons, the in-completion isn't working when ZROY condition is missing. The issue cannot be replicated in NECNED / NECNEQ environmnents.
